Recent surveys commissioned

Sales of country houses are on the move again and we have recently been commissioned to carry out surveys of two farmhouses in the Berwick and Morpeth areas, and houses in local villages.  These commissions come on the back of recommendations from Smiths Gore & Savills (recently amalgamated estate agents) and the Bell Partnership.

Senior Surveyor Hugh Garratt commented, “It’s good to see a return of house-buyer confidence and we are delighted to be working alongside local and national estate agents again”.
For the past few weeks Smith & Garratt have been working on heritage consultancy and costings reports for the renovation of the iconic ‘Spanish City’ in Whitley Bay.
